



The Product Unloader / Stacker are a type of machine that is used for the removal of products from pallets to be placed or stacked onto wooden pallets ready for the despatch yard.
These machines can be manually operated or can be automated to suit different products. The product clamping system may be based upon hydraulic, pneumatic, electric or even vacuum technology and may even include a combination of all.
The Product Unloader / Stacker system is used for the production of
- Wet Cast products
- Dry Cast products
The Product Unloader / Stacker is manufactured to the highest standard of engineering using up to date production methods.
All components that are used in the manufacturing of the Product Unloader / Stacker are of a high standard and are sourced from reliable and reputable suppliers.
The Product Unloader / Stacker consists of a:
- Standard Coote clamp & rotate system
- Standard Coote safety interlock between lift and clamp functions
- Product gripping / clamping systems
The Floor mounted Product Unloaders / Stackers can be 4, 5 or 6m in width with a choice from 1.5 to 3.5m lift height. The maximum lifting load for these machines is 4, 6 and 8 tonnes.
The overhead mounted Product Unloaders / Stackers do not (within good reason) have restrictions on width, lift height and load capacities.

Power Requirements
Depending on specification of size and speed the power requirements will be advised during the process of sale.
Operator Controls
The operator controls are all manually operated. The hydraulic controls are all Danfoss levers. There are several indicators built into the machine control system in order to give the operator accurate information about clamps opened and closed.
