Coote Engineering Ltd has been manufacturing Prestressed Beds for over 30 years. We offer a full range of beds including, T-Beam, Wide Slab, Wall Panel, Lintel and Hollowcore.
Our in house design team will design beds to your specification and we have the capabilities of having an FEA (Finite Element Analysis) done to ensure that it will last the test of time.
T-Beam Prestressed beds will contain the same product and can be up to 150m long. Initial product design is customer based as well as strand placement.
The Wall Panel beds can be up to 1.8m wide and are fully adjustable to customer specific sizes. Adjustment is possible with the unique Coote system which guarantees a positive sealing action between the side former and the bed surface. Different depths of sides can be manufactured to suit customer specific profiles and requirements.
Lintel Beds can consist of various sizes in the same bed; this is determined by the customer.
The Prestressed Beds system is used for the production of
- Wet cast, prestressed products.
The Prestressed Beds are manufactured to the highest standard of engineering using up to date production methods.
